who's making what for the open day

for those who werent at the meeting for the open day on the 14th of next month i thought it would be a good idea for people to post what it is they plan on making so we can all make different things rather than 5 people turning up with tablet or millions of the same type of jam. it only takes 2minutes to register with the site

anyway i'll be making my usual snail/spider type biscuits for kids and choc brownies

ps whoever made the pistachio cupcakes last year has to make them again or give me the recipe

Hi, I'll prob make choc vic sponge & lemon butter cream vic sponge, sticky fruit & nut cake. see wat else I have time for............
Gonna speak to Thelma Parker re jam - I've loads of raspberries, strawberries, redcurrants, nectarines & various recipes. Have the makings of several jellies & chutneys in the freezer.
Jean Byrne will make her German Apple cake
Kirstenn McLachlan is making tablet
Gary hopes to make some gooseberry jam
